Compliance Administrator
The Compliance Administrator is responsible for obtaining, reviewing, tracking, and reporting of subcontractor and vendor compliances for all Legacy construction projects. The Compliance Administrator performs regular administrative tasks supporting the Administration and Operations/Retail Development departments, reporting to the Director of Human Resources.
Experience Requirements:
Minimum 1 year administrative experience preferred.
Minimum 1 year construction experience preferred.

Senior Drafter
The Senior Drafter is responsible for managing commercial projects from preliminary concept through initial municipal review. The Senior Drafter position coordinates and collaborates with clients, architects and engineers, subcontractors and vendors, consultants, company team members, and reports to the Director of Development.
Experience Requirements:
3 years’ experience in a commercial construction design related role.
3 years’ experience with design build processes.
Healthcare and retail experience preferred, not required.

Safety Officer
The Safety Officer promotes and monitors workplace and jobsite activities to ensure compliance with all applicable safety regulations and standards relating to Legacy Construction operations, personnel, and jobsites. The Safety Officer position coordinates and collaborates with all team members, subcontractors, vendors, and consultants and reports to the Director of Human Resources.
Experience Requirements:
Two years related safety experience required.
One year construction safety experience preferred.

Superintendent
A Superintendent will work closely with Project Managers, Project Engineers, and Subcontractors supervising a range of projects from ground up, commercial, industrial, T.I. and new construction. Candidates should be detail oriented and must demonstrate a willingness to learn new technologies, skills, and procedures.
A Superintendent is responsible for a wide variety of duties related to the complete process of several projects at once. They must provide administrative functions on all phases of construction from procurement through closeout. Hours may vary with project schedules; typical hours will be Monday through Friday 6AM – 3PM.
Experience Requirements:
Minimum 5-10 years’ experience in Construction and experience with healthcare facilities is a plus.
